Smooth and easy! Walked in, ask for the lot numbers for the car I was looking at this drive, gave me keys on a plate, and took them for a ride one by one. Never hassled me, was kind enough to ask me how it was I gave him honest answers for each car I test drove. When finally deciding on one he was quick and efficient on giving me the final estimate, good to negotiate, and I was out the door quicker than ever on buying a used truck. Definitely visit again!
